Research in the field of ADHD emphasizes the importance of obtaining medical/social/behavioral information in accurately indentifying ADHD/ADD. Another challenge is the accurate identification of other emotional or learning problems that can resemble ADHD.
Our system involves a more comprehensive evaluation than you would typically find. We assess behavioral, social and developmental factors that have been found to be essential to get an accurate picture of your specific situation. Most other evaluations offer a basic behavioral screening. Our approach utilizes multiple "normed" tests as well as several other instruments that gather developmental and current behavioral information to ensure a higher level of accuracy and validity.
While there is no substitute for direct professional observation and contact, our evaluation report offers you essential information that you and your physician will need to direct effective treatment planning. Our report will provide you with recommendations on next steps in helping you with your current situation all at a cost much lower than you would normally pay.
